Chef Chris Piro has honed his craft in some of the most celebrated kitchens in the world. From interning at Michelin-starred restaurants to working alongside some of the industry’s best, he has dedicated his career to pushing culinary boundaries while staying true to his passion for bold, ingredient-driven cooking.

Born in the Central Valley of California, Chris's love for food started early, inspired by the rich agricultural roots of Stockton, where fresh, vibrant ingredients were always within reach. After serving in the Air Force, he found his true calling in hospitality, leading him to work at renowned restaurants such as Staplehouse, Boka, Koks, Kadeau, and Please, where he refined his technique and deepened his appreciation for thoughtful, expressive cuisine.

Today, Chris brings his pop-up dining experiences to select cities across the country, offering guests an unforgettable culinary journey. But these pop-ups are about more than just food.
